Fulfilment Policy

At Vast Media Marketing, we are committed to providing exceptional digital marketing services with transparency and professionalism. This Fulfilment Policy outlines how we deliver services, handle cancellations, and process refunds.

Service Fulfilment

Upon agreement and payment, a Service Agreement or Project Scope document will be shared outlining the deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Fulfilment of services begins once all necessary materials, approvals, and access credentials are provided by the client. Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work and will be communicated clearly prior to commencement.

Cancellations

Clients may request to cancel ongoing services by providing written notice to Vast Media Marketing at info@vastmediamarketing.co.uk.

For one-off project-based services (e.g. website builds, marketing campaigns), cancellation is possible prior to the project start date. Once project work has commenced, cancellations may be subject to partial billing based on work already completed.

For retainer-based services (monthly marketing packages), cancellations require 30 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing services and the time and resources invested, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

If services have not yet started and payment was made in advance, a refund may be issued subject to an administrative fee.

In the event of non-performance or failure to deliver agreed-upon services, clients may be eligible for a partial refund, to be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not provided for digital products, online resources, or downloadable content once purchased.

No Guarantee of Results

While we are committed to delivering high-quality services, marketing outcomes depend on various external factors. Vast Media Marketing does not guarantee specific results (e.g. leads, sales, revenue increases), and this is clearly communicated in all service agreements.
